Another stretching video to assist your mobility and flexibility in Barre. This session is completely prop free, however, if you find you are a little less mobile you might want the assistance of some yoga blocks. We are going to work on opening your hips and lengthening the body to improve your external rotation and extensions. This is perfect to add onto the end of any of my workouts for a longer stretch and cool down. Or simply do this on days when you need a little gentle movement. Hope you love this one as much as I do.
